BlurFactor or Blured Text after Zooming in SL4 branch

I dont exactly know if this problem is already solved, but in 50447 it was not.

What i had in 50447:

public class AnimateBlur
    {
        public static void Blur(Map map)
        {
            var curLevel = Math.Log(map.ZoomLevel, 2);
            var targetBlur = curLevel - (int)curLevel;
            targetBlur = (1 / (2 - targetBlur)) * 2;

What i changed:

 public class AnimateBlur
    {
        public static void Blur(Map map)
        {
            double targetBlur = 1 + map.ZoomLevel - (int)map.ZoomLevel;

That worked for me.
