1. set zoom delta to 0.5 and 1.5 instead of 1.3 and 0.7 and this causes blurring of layers
2. put check into ClusterViewModel::AddToCluster to prevent duplicate key exception.

Hi,

After loading the SL4 Toolkit solution two projects failed to load beacuse of a reference to Silverlight version 3 targets.
I changed the target framework to version v4.0 and this leads to loading Silverlight version 4 targets

I have Created a Patch to get NTS to work
when the port to silverlight was done Wintellect.PowerCollections were not used and the code that replaced it is buggy/incorrect
i have ported PowerCollections to silverlight and reverted all changes that were done becouse PowerCollectins were missing

I hated that DeepEarth was using X and Y for Latitude and Longitude, so refactored to use proper Coordinate with Latitude, Longitude.
Also made possible to use custom classes for coordinates, if class inherits from ICoordinate.

For example now it is possible to do this, without a need to convert from my custom class Position:ICoordinate to Point (like it was previously):

fence.Points = new ObservableCollection<Position>();
Polygon<Position> poly = new Polygon<Position>(color, brush, 1.0);
poly.Points = fence.Points;
mapLayer.Add(poly);

Refactored DeepEarth.Client.MapControl to use ICoordinate and Coordinate (with Latitude and Longitude) from DeepEarth.Common.
Added generic classes LineString<ICoordinate> PointBase<ICoordinate> and Polygon<ICoordinate>

Extracted Update() methods from GeometryLayer to PointBase and PathBase. Was needed for generics and proper OO.
Now it would be easier to implement new shapes like Circle.

Tested DeepEarth.Map (example site works as before), did not test Toolkit.
It has some braking changes, but pretty easy to fix code to work with this.

Changed to use ICoordinate (from GeoAPI) and Coordinate (from NetTopology suite) for all Geo coordinate operations.
This is not finished - but if you are interested in doing this - that is a good starting point. Looks like example works O.K.
Might need to change Collections to use ObservableCollection<Coordinate> instead of ObservableCollection<ICoordinate> as I did now.

A simple/basic Google Geocoding service. Will need to get an API Key from google and enter it in the GoogleAPIKey parameter in the Web.config file. It works by intermediating between Google's HTTP Service to provide the functionality through WCF.

To use it, just add a webreference to GoogleService in your project. Currently there is only one operation contract, hence should be quite straightforward to use.

The zoomslider would not update properly when mixing mousewheel and slider... i.e. first zooming using the slider and (while the MSI is still updating) scrolling the mousewheel - or the other way around.
