Is editing geometries on the client side implemented?

Hi, there,

I wanted to know if you have a feature where we could edit geometries on the client side, and then the changes could be sent to the server? Have you guys by any chance implemented that?

Demo here reading and writing WKB to SQL 2008 geography:

The digitizer is checked in and supports Bing maps only, use the nettopologysuite for serialisations and the MapGeometry library here to render, edit, add etc.

I'm at TechEd Australia presenting this week so full code examples up next week. If you can wait a week my sample code will make this easier.

Hi,

Is this source code somewhere to download available?

Cheers,

I'm going to add it as an application example into the latest source here before our next release. It is really powerful to see this and how little code it is.

(Plan is for next week but we're all uber busy)

what comes after uber busy? ;)

We got feedback that we need to make our "digitizer" control more user friendly, bit too designed for a programmer currently.

Send me a quick mail - john at soulsolutions.com.au - and i'll send you a rough example from the latest code.
